Is it Breakable?
Yes, it is a delicate creation. Please do not pull or bang the jewelry. We do not replace broken items.
Re-polishing:
You can get your jewelry re-polished either from your local jeweller or through us. Get in touch for polishing services at nominal charges.
Does Silver Turn Black?
Silver jewelry is hand-polished once the creation is ready. However, when exposed to the atmosphere, silver is prone to oxidation, which may cause it to turn black.
The original shine can be restored by cleaning the jewelry with a silver cleaning cloth. This is available with us at an additional cost.
