Shipping Policy — India

This policy covers all orders placed on www.ajnaajewels.com for delivery within India.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays, which are a non-working day for our courier partners.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • During sale periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take 2–4 business days.
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified (address, size, product), but can be cancelled before dispatch.

Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or remote/non-serviceable pin codes — customers will be notified where possible.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order status by logging into MyAccount on the website, or by contacting us on our support email/WhatsApp.
