This policy covers all orders placed on www.ajnaajewels.com for delivery to our newly launched markets of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays, which are a non-working day for our courier partners.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- During sale periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take 2–4 business days.
- Orders once placed cannot be modified (address, size, product), but can be cancelled before dispatch.
2. Shipping — UAE & Saudi Arabia
We're excited to now ship to customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Please Note:
- Ensure your shipping address, mobile number (with country code), and any required ID/customs details are entered accurately at checkout — incorrect details may delay clearance.
- International shipments may occasionally be opened for customs inspection; this does not affect your order or warranty.
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes for international orders.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order status by logging into MyAccount on the website, or by contacting us on our support email/WhatsApp.
