Dimensions / Color / Material

Product attributes such as dimensions, color, and material have been mentioned wherever applicable. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm these details before placing an order.

No product will be exchanged or replaced on this basis. All photos are clicked in natural sunlight to ensure colors appear as real as possible. If you are unsure about the color, feel free to call us for confirmation.

Products will not be exchanged if you do not like them or if they are bigger, smaller, or heavier than expected.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. The only exception is in case of an inventory mismatch at our end.

If you purchase a product that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed after receiving bank account details from the buyer.

Refund processing time: 15–18 days

Delivery / Shipping Time

Delivery timelines are:

  • Within India: 7–8 working days
  • Outside India: 15–21 working days

Most products are made after receiving the order. Sunday is a non-working day for our courier partners.

Material Used / Guarantee / Warranty

There is no guarantee or warranty on any product.

We use high-quality, allergy-free raw materials. However, if you are allergic to non-gold jewelry, we are not responsible for any reactions or damage.

Content / Photos

All designs, photos, and content are the exclusive property of Ajnaa Originals.

Unauthorized use of any images or content without prior written permission may lead to legal action.

6 Months Maintenance Warranty

Ajnaa offers a 6-month free maintenance warranty on all jewelry, covering repairs due to normal wear and tear, including:

  • Re-plating
  • Re-setting
  • Re-stringing

Repair Procedure

Please contact us before sending any item for repair:

Our representative will guide you through the process. Do not send items without prior confirmation.

We will notify you once we receive the item and share the estimated repair timeline.

Note: Shipping charges for repairs must be borne by the customer. If the item cannot be repaired, we will inform you and return it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
