Returns / Replacement / Refund Policy

Please note that once an item is sold, it can only be returned or exchanged if it has not been used or worn.

To initiate the exchange process, the customer must send an email within 7 days of delivery.  The Ajnaa team will then arrange for the item to be picked up at no additional cost and process the exchange.

Damaged Products

We take utmost care while packaging products for shipping. However, if a product is damaged during transit,  we take full responsibility for replacing it.

The recipient must email us with images of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery  for verification. Team Ajnaa will review the request and confirm the exchange or refund.

Once the damaged item is picked up from your doorstep (with your approval), we will send a replacement product. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note or process a refund as per your preference.

Note: The credit note has no expiry. If it is found that the damage did not occur during shipping  and the jewelry was damaged during trial, we will not be liable for exchange. All exchanges are subject to the  discretion of Team Ajnaa.

Returns

For returns, the customer must email us images of the product within 7 days of delivery  to verify that it has not been used or worn.

Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to your bank account.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Processing Time: 1 working day after approval.
